Responsibility in the Supply Chain?
Software and processes work hand in hand but are also often undermined by practices and agreements that have been brought to life based on (historically acquired) agreements. Sales-driven companies need to keep doing that, but they also need to concentrate on what is inside whilst serving this customer to the maximum. And to what extent does it make sense for both parties? Besides revenue, do both parties consider (administrative) costs as well? As the cost will be covered by someone, the customer may receive the bill for these hidden costs.
