Verandering is eng, stap af van de eilandjes-cultuur

In de afgelopen jaren ben ik bij veel bedrijven op bezoek geweest om te praten over het veranderen van bestaande processen rondom supply chain management ofwel emballage beheer. Uit deze ervaring is gebleken dat bedrijven en vooral werknemers het eng vinden om veranderingen door te voeren. Ongeacht de sector krijg ik vaak een eenduidige reactie: "wij willen wel digitaliseren, maar mijn chauffeurs gaan hier niet in mee". Maar de hamvraag is: hoe zit het nu echt?
